Service Terms and Conditions
Admin Saint will not undertake any work that is illegal or deemed inappropriate.
All incoming e-mails will be scanned for viruses. Suspicious emails and attachments and emails with no text or subject headings will not be opened.
All quotes are valid for seven days from the time of issue.
Any outsourced printing requirements may be subject to a five-day turnaround.
Final responsibility for checking the accuracy of all work lies with the client. In the event of any mistakes or errors, we will make corrections at no extra charge, provided Admin Saint is contacted within 14 calendar days of the work’s original completion date.
A signed Schedule of Work must be received by post, fax or scanned email within 21 calendar days of any work commencing.
The business relationship is one of contractor and client.
We reserve the right to amend any quotes, in consultation with you, if the original requirement is altered beyond the original contract.
Payment for all services is by PayPal, cheque or bank transfer only.
All invoices for individual pieces of work must be settled strictly within 30 calendar days.
All returned cheques will be subject to a £25 charge.
Unpaid or late invoices may be charged at 6% above the Bank of England base rate.
All standard rate telephone costs to the UK will be included in the agreed fee/rate up to a maximum of £3. Additional calls, or calls overseas, will be charged at cost.
All postage and printing will be charged at cost.
Hours will be recorded and monitored electronically. Your time sheet can be made available to you upon request and a copy will be sent to you at the end of each month/project as agreed in the schedule of work.
One-off tasks (e.g. making one telephone call) are recorded at a minimum of 5 minutes. Multiple phone calls will be time-recorded and combined to the nearest 5 minutes.
Both the client and the contractor can terminate the arrangement by giving one calendar months’ notice, in writing.
Termination will be without prejudice to any rights that may have accrued to either of us prior to termination.
In the event of termination of this contract, I will endeavour to agree with you the arrangements for the completion of work in progress at that time, unless I am required for legal or regulatory reasons to cease work immediately. In that event, I shall not be required to carry out further work and shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences arising from termination
Admin Saint reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time. However, you will be given at least one month’s notice of any such variation. Should a change to these terms and conditions not be communicated to you with one month’s notice, for whatever reason, then the terms and conditions applicable at the commencement of the contract, and supplied to you at that time, will be in effect.
